Ukraine is working to obtain an unconditional decision to begin negotiations on membership in the European Union.
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky stated this in his traditional address.
— Today I held a long meeting with diplomats, officials, representatives of the Verkhovna Rada regarding the preparation of our state for the political decision of the European Council on the start of negotiations on Ukraine’s membership in the European Union. Our steps and our decisions. We are working to get an unconditional decision to start negotiations,” he said.

The head of state noted that it is fundamental for Ukraine to implement all the recommendations of the European Commission that were provided.
