Defense Minister Rustem Umerov summed up the results of the 17th meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine, better known as Ramstein.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“Every ammunition provided to Ukraine is an opportunity to destroy an enemy stronghold,” Umerov noted during the 17th Ramstein meeting.

- A new ground-based air defense coalition has been formed. 20 countries joined it (Ground-Based Air Defense), the leaders are Germany and France;
- As a result of yesterday's visit by the German Minister of Defense, assistance worth $1.4 billion has already been announced – this includes IRIS-T systems with guided missiles, 8 thousand new anti-tank mines, one set of the Patriot system, additional 155-mm artillery ammunition – all Ukraine must receive before mid-December;
- The Netherlands has prepared €2 billion for military assistance to Ukraine;
- The leader of the IT coalition, Estonia, provides funding in the amount of $500 thousand for the activities of the IT coalition in addition to Luxembourg’s commitments in the amount of €10 million.
- Great Britain and Norway, within the framework of the Maritime Coalition, will look for ways to strengthen security in the Black Sea.
Rustem Umerov also thanked for the constant support of Ukraine from international partners. He noted that every weapon provided to the Ukrainian Defense Forces strengthens their ability to resist the enemy and liberate Ukrainian territory.
In addition, the head of the Ministry of Defense separately invited the defense ministers of partner countries to come on official visits to Ukraine in order to be able to see firsthand that the assistance they provide is used effectively and brings the day of our victory closer.

The Ministry of Defense added that for this purpose, Ukraine is working to create a powerful military-industrial complex and will involve its international partners in this process.
Earlier, Head of State Vladimir Zelensky said that Ramstein resulted in new aid packages, which included, in particular, electronic warfare systems, shells, missiles and new capabilities for Ukrainian air defense.
