The Dnipropetrovsk prosthetic plant specializes in the manufacture of prosthetic arms and legs, orthoses that fix damaged limbs, as well as medical corsets on the thoracic, lumbar and sacral spine.
According to the director of the prosthetic factory, in case of loss of a limb, it is important to consult as soon as possible about the correct healing of the stump so that it forms without deformations. It is possible to install a prosthesis 3-4 months after amputation.
There is also a hospital on the territory of the plant, where patients undergo rehabilitation after installing prostheses and orthoses.
