France to provide Ukraine with additional Caesars/Collage 24 channels
France will strengthen defensive support for Ukraine. In particular, they will provide additional Caesar self-propelled artillery mounts and a mobile system for DNA analysis. The latter is necessary to investigate Russian war crimes.
The issue of European security is being resolved in Ukraine. This was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron during a visit to Kyiv, Channel 24 reports.
France will provide additional Caesar
Macron stressed that he and President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed the needs of Ukraine. France is ready to respond to these requests, will strengthen military support. The country will provide additional Caesar self-propelled artillery systems to help the UAF fend off Russian aggression. Macron promises to approve the decision in the coming weeks.
In addition to the 12 Caesar already delivered, I decided to deliver 6 additional ones, the French president said.
Also France took the initiative to send military experts to Ukraine to investigate war crimes. They cannot go unpunished. Therefore, in the near future, France will also donate a mobile laboratory for DNA analysis.

Ukraine will set the peace conditions
Macron also stressed that it is Ukraine that will decide when it will end the war and sit down at the negotiating table with the aggressor state. In addition, the President of France quoted the anthem of Ukraine: “Ukraine has not yet died, neither glory nor freedom.” He added that these lines resonate especially in today's tragic context.
Visit of European leaders to Ukraine
- On June 16, in addition to Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz arrived in Kyiv, Prime Minister Italy Mario Draghi and Romanian President Klaus Iogannis. This is the first visit since the beginning of a full-scale war.
