Russia will have to answer for all crimes against Ukrainians. This applies to their actions both against civilians and against the military.

Former military Vladimir Fomitsky managed to defeat the Russians in court. By doing this, he created a precedent for all citizens of Ukraine who suffered from the rashists.

Winning in court

Volodymyr Fomitsky, as a volunteer, went to defend Ukraine as part of a battalion “Kryvbas” in 2014. Russian infidels took him prisoner when leaving the “Ilovaisky cauldron”. Vladimir Fomitsky demanded compensation in court.

He managed to win the case, his claim was satisfied by the Dolgintsevsky District Court of Krivoy Rog. According to the court decision, one million hryvnias should be recovered in favor of Vladimir Fomitsky from Russia and the joint stock company “International Reserve Bank” (“Sberbank”) as compensation for causing moral damage. The deadline for appeal has already expired, the court decision has already entered into force.

The lawyer of the former fighter, Dmitry Chernesh, said that the lawsuit against Russia was duplicated by a lawsuit against a Russian bank, which has a real opportunity to pay the money.

this money did not lie, even around the world. Mechanisms are enough. Now, any citizen of Ukraine who has suffered from Russian aggression can follow the same path,โ€ the lawyer said.

The war of Russia against Ukraine: a brief summary of recent events

  • Russian infidels near Mariupol carry out rotation in “filtration camps”. Now Kadyrov's men and fighters of the Russian Guard have begun to take the place of collaborators and the “people's militia”.
  • Rashists rule to resume offensive operations in the Slavic direction. The enemy covers his attack with artillery shelling.
  • Russian infidels have big problems with supplies. In particular, in the Kharkov region, soldiers of the Russian army began to walk in women's leggings and rubber slippers. Also, local residents report that the contingent of infidels in some places looks deplorable.
