— At the beginning of February 2023, a resident of Kharkov, who himself fled from mobilization abroad, decided to make money from “his own kind”. Those who wanted to escape from mobilization were taken by criminals to the border crossing point with Moldova, after which they had to ford one of the local rivers. To do this, they were given wetsuits, and on the Moldovan side of the border they were met by the organizer of the scheme.
