Russia establishes full control over the movement and communication of Ukrainians in the occupied territories/”Ukrinform”
After the Russian invaders seize one or another Ukrainian city in the Lugansk region, detachments of ideological “policemen” from Donbass are sent to the settlement. They specialize in torture and filtration measures against civilians.
According to Channel 24 sources in the Ukrainian special services, together with the “police” militants of the National Guard enter the occupied cities, who were tasked with “enforcing order.” They detain men, women and children, check documents and telephones.
Terrorists and Russian policemen were given the task of “looking for unreliable people”, who, from the point of view of the Russian command, are almost all residents.

The militants of the quasi-republic explain their actions by the decree of the “government”, which was signed on April 30, as soon as the invaders were able to gain a foothold in some cities of the Lugansk region. The leaders conveyed to the personnel of the terrorists the information that every civilian should be considered an enemy. This applies to both adults and children.
“Unreliable” militants consider those who maintain contact with relatives in the territory controlled by Kyiv. If it turns out that a person communicated with someone who left the Luhansk region and went to a safe place, he is immediately detained and taken away for torture.
“Officially” militants and Russian monsters were allowed to detain people for 30 days. In fact, this means giving the executioners a complete carte blanche, since no laws are in force in the occupied territories. Each of the Russians or militants can shoot or torture someone with impunity, even without any explanation.
In addition, if nothing suspicious is found on the detainee's phone, the invaders were given the right to take away the device to control calls and instant messengers. This means that every call or any message from the free territory to the occupied can set up a person and be extremely dangerous for him.

How to communicate with relatives left in the occupied territories
Since the Russians establish total control over everyone who is in cities not controlled by Kyiv, local residents need to follow certain safety rules. Counterintelligence officers say that residents of quasi-republics and recently captured settlements, when communicating with relatives or acquaintances, have:
- do not use Russian instant messengers, refuse telegrams, VKontakte and Odnoklassniki, and also forget about Russian mail services;
- re-register Facebook accounts to Ukrainian or American mail if they were linked to mail. ru or “Yandex”;
- set dual authorization for logging into social networks or instant messengers;
- call and write to relatives or friends exclusively using Whatsapp or Signal applications. At the same time, it is advisable to delete these applications before going outside so that the infidels do not find them while browsing the phone.
- Regularly delete the call log and correspondence, but delete them completely so that the infidels do not have a suspicion that from them trying to hide something;
- in order for a person from a free territory and a subscriber from an occupied territory to understand that the phone is in the hands of the owner, it is necessary to agree on a certain code word with friends/relatives, where the conversation should start.
