Explosions in Engels – planned work of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region

Sources The special services told Channel 24 that the explosions in Engels, Saratov region, which occurred on the night of March 20, were a planned work of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense. It is also known that there are lesions. Now they are clarifying the consequences.
