On Sunday night, residents of the Tula region reported a powerful “bavovna”.
One of the Tula Telegram channels, citing information from local residents, wrote that the explosion was heard on Williams and Khvorostukhin streets, as well as in area of Zelenstroy and Levoberezhny microdistrict.
