For careless storage of a military ID, which led to its loss or damage, a fine is imposed (in accordance with Article 211 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The fine for losing a military ID during a special period is:

  • at the first loss — from 30 to 50 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens, this is from 510 UAH to 850 UAH;
  • if repeated violation — from 50 to 100 non-taxable minimums, that is, from 850 UAH to 1700 UAH.

A military ID can be re-issued in the following cases:

  • loss or theft of a document;
  • damage or destruction of a military ID as a result of a natural disaster;
  • the document is unsuitable for further use;
  • change of personal data of a military personnel — last name, first name or patronymic.

In case of loss of a military ID and to restore it, you must contact:

  1. to your commander — military personnel;
  2. to the head of TCC and JV — those liable for military service or reservists.

Please note! A military ID can be re-issued only by decision of the commander, head of the TCC and SP on the basis of a personal report (application) of a serviceman, a person liable for military service, or a reservist.

There is no set deadline for the restoration of a military ID.
