by alex

Former people's deputy of the V-VII convocations from the banned Party of Regions Oleg Tsarev finances Russian troops in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

Investigators from the Office of the Prosecutor General received irrefutable evidence on the basis of which the traitor is accused of financing actions committed with the aim of forcibly changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power, changing the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

In 2014, Tsarev fled to the Russian Federation and collaborates with the military-political leadership of the aggressor state, and immediately after the annexation of the peninsula, he registered real estate and several of his enterprises in Crimea under Russian law and hired Russian National Guard military personnel for security.

Investigators established facts of money transfers for the protection of the museum-estate and sanatorium in Yalta, owned by Tsarev, to the accounts of the “Federal State Unitary Enterprise Security of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation.”

Tsarev already has suspicions of encroaching on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, collaborationist activities and high treason.

Regarding the encroachment on territorial integrity, the court in May 2022 sentenced the ex-people's deputy to 12 years in absentia.
