On the air of the national telethon, the head of the Severodonetsk military-civilian administration Oleksandr Stryuk spoke about the situation in the regional center of the Lugansk region. This is reported by Channel 24.

The situation is very complicated and tense. Fighting actually continues in the industrial zone, this is the line of the Azot plant, partly even on the territory of the plant,” Stryuk noted.
He stressed that the front line ran through the villages near Severodonetsk. Russian infidels are constantly trying to attack Sirotino and Voronovo. They are crushing with all their might the line of defense that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have built.
Stryuk stressed that it is very difficult for our military, because the enemy has thrown all his forces into Severodonetsk. At the forefront of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, weapons from partners help, but more are needed. So far, Western weapons are not enough to drive the Russian invasion to the border.
