The advance of the enemy does not stop. The actions of the Russians are felt in all regions of Ukraine, even those remote from the front.
Sources of Channel 24 in OVA spoke about the situation in the regions on the morning of July 13th. Traditionally, there are areas that can be called relatively calm, and those where fighting continues and frequent shelling.
Where it was calm
The night passed relatively calmly in the following regions:

- Zakarpattia region
- Rivne region

Situation in Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions
In Dnipropetrovsk region our soldiers shot down two enemy drones over the Nikopol region overnight. There were two attacks on this area from the MLRS. They attacked the city of Nikopol, Krasnogrigoryevskaya and Mirovskaya communities. In the World Society, an institution of social infrastructure was damaged, in Krasnogrigoryevskaya, a power line. Several thousand people were left without electricity, emergency teams of electricians were working. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.
The missiles arrived at night and air defense worked in Kharkov. Fortunately, no casualties. During the day, the invaders fired from the MLRS Industrial District of Kharkov, five were wounded.
In the region, the Russians shelled Kharkov, Bogodukhovsky, Izyumsky districts. Destruction was received by private houses, outbuildings, there were fires in open areas. One person was wounded in the Zolochiv community. There are two filmed in the Dergachev community, and two in the Izyum district. One person died in Slatino.
Struggle in Donbass
Luhansk region under air and artillery shelling. They beat on Verkhnekamensky and Belogorovka. During the day, four missile and two air strikes were carried out.
Artillery of infidels continues to destroy these and nearby settlements – 13 times they used this type of weapon in the direction of peaceful houses. Hostile DRGs have also become active. “Personnel appointments” continue in the occupied territories: the “prosecutor's office of Severodonetsk” is headed by a traitor to Ukraine, former lawyer Sarkisyan. In Avdiivka, the housing sector, the area of the church, the garden society and the House of Culture were shelled. In Krasnogorovka, Toretsk and Bakhmut, the housing sector suffered. In the morning there were rocket attacks on Konstantinovka, Kramatorsk, New York. There are destroyed residential buildings and infrastructure, wounded among civilians, the information is specified. During the day in the region – 4 dead, 8 wounded.
How the day went in the South
In Mykolaiv region, the surroundings of the Novoaleksandrovka village of the Ingul community were shelled at night. There were no injuries or casualties.
On the morning of July 13, the Russians shelled the village of Shirokoye, the shelling was mainly outside the village. There were no casualties.
Also, the enemy continues shelling the settlements of the Bereznegovat community along the line of demarcation. Also under shelling were areas near the settlements of Bereznegovatoe, Kavkaz, Semyonovka and Vysunsk.
In the Kherson region, the situation remains tense further throughout the region. Explosions in Nova Kakhovka damaged many infrastructure facilities and houses of local residents. We managed to destroy the infidels' equipment, including rockets and ammunition.
Shelling and explosions continue in the regions. As a result of the fighting in the Berislav region, there are dead and wounded. In the future, they report about the kidnapping. There are more Russian patrol policemen in Kherson.
Struggle at the front
- offensive in the Donbass. They will try to capture several cities on the way to Slavyansk and Kramatorsk. They want to take Seversk and the Valley.
- Because of the cynical shelling of the enemy, which he simply pours over Ukrainian settlements, peaceful Ukrainians suffer. In particular, Russian infidels fired at Seversk in the Donetsk region. As a result of the attack, boys aged 2 and 17 were injured. The youngest child is in serious condition.
- The General Staff says that the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to successfully repel the assault near Dovgenkiy and Dolyna. But the enemy does not stop. It is not excluded the continuation of the assaults. Their occupiers will carry out to improve their tactical position. And they need this in order to be able to advance in the direction of Izyum – Slavyansk.
