If this were true, people would never write about it online. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Malyar.
The “merging” of details of planning military operations is gossip
By position, only a limited circle of persons has access to state secrets of the highest degree of secrecy. Of course, within the limits of my authority, I know who planned what operation in the east or south, who was against what and who was for, – Malyar wrote.
According to her, netizens write about the details of planning military operations and decision-making as if they have access and as if they have legal permission to distribute it. Therefore, Malyar could apply to law enforcement agencies to find the one who “leaks” state secrets.
“But so far, only fictions and gossip are being written. As it was and is in fact, no one has yet told the “thought leaders” and telegram channels – and this is good. However, if an unauthorized leak of information occurs, we will respond in accordance with the law,” she noted. .
Malyar stressed that now is a very dynamic time and some of the secret information legally quickly acquires the status of available and made public. That is, the approach of the state is very flexible and focused on the needs and demands of society.
At the same time, Ukrainians must clearly understand that even if there are legal grounds for disseminating secret information, then only official sources and officials who actually have access to it can be trusted.

Recently, information appeared on the net that allegedly one of those to whom we owe the military successes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the east of Ukraine is the commander of the Ground Forces, Colonel-General Alexander Syrsky. Netizens claimed that it was Syrsky who developed the plan for the counteroffensive against Balakleya, and it became the first city to be sacked within this counteroffensive.
In addition, the telegram channels wrote that Zelensky allegedly awarded Syrsky “for an excellent operation” . In addition, the media are discussing that it is Syrsky who can become Valery Zaluzhny's successor.
Recall that Roger Cloutier, commander of the Land Forces of the NATO Land Committee, turned to the commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel-General Alexander Syrsky.
