FBI Identifies Cybertruck Driver That Exploded in Las Vegas – Media

The FBI has identified the driver of the Cybertruck that exploded in Las Vegas, says media outlet Sergey Popovich

The FBI has identified the driver of the Tesla Cybertruck that exploded outside the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas as 37-year-old Matthew Leavelsberger, a Colorado Springs resident.

Matthew Leavelsberger has been linked to multiple Colorado Springs addresses. This was reported by Channel 24 with reference to News5.

What is known about the driver of the Tesla pickup truck

The US Federal Bureau of Investigation is currently conducting an operation in a residential complex on the east side of the city, in the Stetson Hills area, at one of the addresses belonging to Livelsberger.

Journalists noticed the presence of armored vehicles and FBI agents in tactical gear. Police evacuated some residents of the complex, but assured that there is no threat to society.

Members of the News5 team working at the scene reported that law enforcement officers are continuing their investigation. This investigation is ongoing.

Recall that a Tesla Cybertruck exploded near the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas. Special services quickly isolated the scene.

It was later revealed that the pickup was loaded with gasoline canisters and fireworks. Elon Musk claimed that the explosion was deliberate and had nothing to do with the technical features of the car.
