Ukrainian farmers in the temporarily occupied territories are being blackmailed into handing over grain to Russian reserves for next to nothing.

— The enemy blackmails farmers by refusing to submit “declarations of conformity.” From January to May 2025 alone, 357 declarations for 487 thousand tons of grain were cancelled — allegedly due to “violation of safety standards,” the report says.

Since Russia withdrew from the agreement to create the so-called grain corridor in July 2023, it has been actively shelling the southern regions of Ukraine using missiles and drones.
