According to the former ambassador to the United States, the postponement of Rammstein does not mean there is a “double bottom”. Biden's reason for staying in the United States because of the hurricane is absolutely clear. Most Americans believe that the president should pay attention to domestic issues first.

I think Biden had no choice but to stay. The former ambassador to the United States noted that the postponement of Rammstein will not affect Ukraine in any way. However, if the meeting does not take place at all, our country will lose a lot.

Please note! Pentagon spokesman Patrick Ryder said that for now the meeting has been postponed indefinitely. He noted that at the same time, the coalitions of capabilities within the group continue to work to provide Ukraine with capabilities for both its short-term and long-term defense.

According to Chaly, some serious statements from the West are definitely being prepared for Rammstein, because the meeting will be held at the level of state leaders. If it were a meeting at the level of defense ministers of the countries, they would not be able to make certain announcements that only the president can voice. In addition, the statements must be made at such a level that they have a political effect.

Biden's credo is to maintain allied relations with NATO. I have no doubt that he will make the key statement that he kept NATO from war with Russia, that every inch of the Alliance's land is protected. Of course, I would also like to hear about Ukraine. At the very least, it would be possible to involve our country in negotiations on joining NATO as part of the victory plan, the former ambassador to the United States noted.
