Explosions also thundered in Bryansk region. The governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz, said that on January 31, the border regions were allegedly shelled for the second time in a day.

According to him, there were no casualties or destruction among civilians. The Russian official also traditionally blamed Ukraine for the shelling.
