Explosions were heard in Khmelnitsky: the city is without electricity and may be left without water

Russia on February 10 massively attacks Ukraine. The critical infrastructure of Khmelnitsky found itself under attack by the enemy.

The head of the Khmelnytsky OVA, Serhiy Gamaly, wrote about this at 11:05.

“There was an explosion in Khmelnytsky. Part of the city is without power supply. There may be failures in the water supply. Take care of yourself! Stay in shelters. Details will come with time,” Gamaly said.

Subsequently, local sources reported repeated explosions in the city.
