Powerful explosions thundered in Dnepr on the night of August 9. Russian troops launched attack drones at Ukraine.

Before the explosions, the Ukrainian Air Force warned that UAVs in Dnipropetrovsk region were moving in the direction of the Dnipro from the east.
Later, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Serhiy Lysak, reported that at night, fighters of the Vostok air command destroyed two Shaheds over the region.

Nikopol, Mirovskaya, Marganets and Pokrovskaya communities also suffered from enemy shelling. The Russians used artillery and kamikaze drones to hit populated areas.
The infrastructure was damaged, but fortunately, no one was hurt.
