Explosions were also heard in Genichesk, in the Kherson region. And a little earlier they wrote about the same events near Mariupol.

ATACMS could already work

  • The United States confirmed that in March of this year it secretly transferred long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine. That is, this happened even before Congress supported the relief bill. According to media reports, we are talking about more than 100 missiles.
  • The Institute for the Study of War notes that the Ukrainian Armed Forces could have already used these missiles during recent attacks on occupied Dzhankoy in Crimea and Berdyansk in the Zaporozhye region – there were several attacks on the S-300 air defense system. In addition, more than 10 explosions were heard near the village of Babakh-Tarama, which is located on the border of the Donetsk and Zaporozhye regions.
  • Analysts expect that the arrival of a large number of ATACMS missiles will help Ukraine worsen materially – technical support for Russian occupiers. Long-range weapons also threaten Russian airfields in deep rear areas.
