Explosions are reported in the northern districts of Kharkiv/Channel 24
In Kharkov on the afternoon of May 30, explosions thundered again. Probably, they are distributed in the northern districts of the city.
This was stated by a number of local telegram channels, Channel 24 reports. Explosions thundered just at the time when an air raid alert was announced in the city.
Journalists working at the scene reported a fire that broke out as a result of Russian shelling in one of the northern districts of Kharkiv.
We add that the night passed relatively calmly in Kharkiv, only there were single shellings. At the same time, the invaders attacked the Kharkov region. As a result of attacks in the village of Tsirkuny, 2 people were injured, and a woman was injured in Shestakovo.
The invaders also fired on Merefa once again, which caused a fire to break out in the storage facilities. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties.
What is the situation in the Kharkiv region
As of the 96th day of the full-scale war, the situation in the East remains the most tense. However, our fighters continue to give heroic resistance to the invaders and inflict considerable losses on them.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in the Kharkiv direction, the invaders continue shelling settlements, including in areas north and northeast of Kharkov, and also attacked:
- Russian Tishki,
- Cherkasy Tishki,
- Russkaya Lozova,
- Nursery,
- Borshcheva,
- Pobeda.
Pay attention! As reported Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak, Russian invaders temporarily occupied 31% of the territory of the Kharkiv region. The Armed Forces have already liberated 5% of the region from the invaders.
Recent shelling of Kharkiv
- On May 29, Russian assassins attacked Kharkiv once again. The area of the Zhukovsky settlement and the Kharkov Aviation Institute were affected. So far, there is no information about the dead or injured as a result of the attack. However, the Russians damaged houses, cars, shops and garages.
- Explosions sounded in the city on May 26th. New explosions in Kharkov became known during an air raid.
In total, since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the actions of the Russian army have resulted in the destruction of 2,229 multi-storey buildings, of which 225 have been completely destroyed.
