When the air raid warning sounded, Oleg Sinegubov called on residents of Kharkov and the Kharkov region to immediately go down to shelter. Then he reported that the Russian occupiers had struck the central part of the city and there were wounded. In addition, civilian infrastructure was damaged.

Vp Subsequently, Oleg Sinegubov reported that as a result of enemy strikes, a 45-year-old man was injured from debris, but refused hospitalization.
— The enemy struck the central park and industrial zone, where as a result of the arrival a house was damaged and a garage was on fire, Terekhov said.
The prosecutor's office opened proceedings
According to the Kharkov regional prosecutor's office, the Russians struck a residential area of the Shevchenkovsky district. Five civilians were injured: a 45-year-old man suffered from shrapnel wounds, four women aged 37 to 72 years old had an acute stress reaction.
In addition, at least 13 high-rise buildings and private houses, educational institutions, cafes, hostels, hotels, cars, garages and the like were damaged by the impacts.
Preliminarily, the enemy fired two UMPB (unified interspecific glide munitions) from the aircraft.
The Shevchenko District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkov began a pre-trial investigation into violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
