The Russian army attacked the industrial infrastructure of the city of Zaporozhye. As a result of the strike, one person is known to have died and 30 injured.

Explosions in Zaporizhia on January 8
Before the explosion in Zaporizhia, which thundered at approximately 15:42, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of an enemy KAB in the direction of Zaporizhia.
The head of the Zaporizhia region OVA Ivan Fedorov reported that the enemy attacked the industrial infrastructure in the city.
— One person was killed, three more were wounded. These are the preliminary consequences of the enemy strike on Zaporizhia, Fedorov reported.
Later, he added that the number of casualties had risen to 30 people — people were taken to the city hospital.
Seven medical teams, police and emergency services are working at the site of the strike.
The OVA leader also published a video of the aftermath of the enemy attack on Zaporizhia.
