Explosions in the Dnieper
Explosions occurred in the Dnieper at about 02:00 at night. The Air Force Command reported Russian missile launches on the Dnieper. The head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration, Sergei Lysak, warned city residents to go down to shelter and not come out until lights out. There are no more official details.
