According to emergency services, a call was received at 9:01 p.m. on the 101 number about an explosion on Lukianovicha Street in Ternopil. The State Emergency Service employees quickly went to the scene, where they saw that as a result of the explosion of the SV-110 insulator at the 110 kW transformer substation, oil caught fire.

The area of the fire was 1 sq. m sq. In Ternopil, Chornovola and Franko streets were left without power.

Power engineers switched the residents of the streets that were left without power to another line. According to the duty officer of the regional power company, the power supply has been fully restored.
Police are also working at the site of the explosion in Ternopil.
