At approximately 08:30 on October 7, three MiG-31K aircraft that took off from the Savasleyka airfield in the Nizhny Novgorod region of the Russian Federation launched three Kinzhal missiles in the airspace of the Tambov region.
After two Kinzhal missiles were destroyed in the Kiev region, their wreckage was found in four districts of the capital.
The third Kinzhal hit the area of the Starokonstantinov airfield in the Khmelnytsky region.
According to the head of the regional military administration, Sergei Tyurin, no fires were recorded, people were not suffered.
