Explosions in Konotop: the city lost electricity, heating and water supply

On the afternoon of March 18, Russian occupiers shelled Konotop in the Sumy region. As a result, the civil infrastructure was damaged; residents of one microdistrict lack heat and water supply in their homes.

Mayor Artem Semenikhin announced this on his Facebook.

Now all the city's emergency services are engaged in eliminating the consequences of the Russian attack.
