The information about powerful explosions in Kharkov on the night of September 22 was confirmed by the city mayor Igor Terekhov and the head of the regional state administration Oleg Sinegubov.
Igor Terekhov reported an arrival at a residential multi-story building in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkov.60 people were evacuated from the building.

As a result of the Russian airstrike on Kharkov, three multi-story residential buildings were damaged. Nine civilian vehicles were destroyed, another 20 cars were damaged.
According to him, there are victims in Kharkov as a result of the strike on the multi-story building. At least 18 people are known to be injured.
Among them are three minors. One child is eight years old, and two more teenagers are 17 years old.
Two people are in serious condition. Three are in mild condition. Most have acute stress reactions. Six people were hospitalized.
