The 19-year-old boy has multiple abrasions and a fracture. Doctors are providing him with the necessary medical care.
After the Russian attack, the building of the educational center was partially destroyed. In addition to the building, 11 cars were destroyed.
Before the explosions in Dnepr, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of ballistics and missile danger from the South.
