Explosions in Russian Belgorod thundered when a missile hit a site with military equipment, now on Sadovaya Street.

A photo from the explosion site shows that the missile hit the roof of one of the buildings where several Ural military trucks are parked. Military equipment can also be seen on satellite images of the area.
According to the Pepel Belgorod publication, local media initially published a photo of the aftermath of the missile strike, which showed Russian military equipment, but then cropped the photo so that the trucks were not visible, and subsequently deleted the photos altogether.
It is noted that this was a targeted missile strike on a military facility, and not a chaotic shelling of Belgorod. Several more “arrivals” are known near the — site. for example, at the intersection of Sadovaya and Shershneva streets, where a military facility is also located.
Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote in Telegram that a Russian air defense system was activated over Belgorod and the Belgorod District, and several air targets were allegedly shot down. According to him, a woman was concussed and hospitalized.
He later reported that a man also received shrapnel wounds to the chest. He went to the hospital on his own. He refused hospitalization.
As a result of the missile attack, according to Gladkov, windows were knocked out in 21 apartments and four private houses in Belgorod. Five commercial properties suffered window damage. At least 25 vehicles were damaged.
