In a commentary to ICTV Facts, military experts commented on what these strikes on the peninsula annexed by Russia could mean.
According to the deputy director of the Ukrainian Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Studies, Mikhail Samus, the Ukrainian strikes were most likely carried out using long-range Western-made Storm Shadow and SCALP missiles, which were provided to Ukraine by Great Britain and France.
— Nothing can be confirmed, but since the commander of the Air Force is commenting on this, it is likely a strike by Storm Shadow and SCALP missiles, — he explained.
Military analyst, Colonel Pyotr Chernik, also agrees with his assessment.

At the same time, Petr Chernik points out that Ukrainian strikes, despite information about the defeat of the Russian air defense military unit in Crimea, can be carried out almost daily.
