Explosions are heard in Kherson: locals report the disappearance of communication between Kyivstar and Vodafone

In Kherson, they report hearing the sounds of explosions. There are also problems with mobile communications.

At 11:32 there was information that the sounds of explosions were heard in Kherson. At present, no air alert has been declared in the city (as well as in the rest of Ukraine).

Local publications also report that Kyivstar and Vodafone mobile communications have disappeared in Kherson.
