In Russia, drones attacked warehouses in two regions — in the villages of Kamenny, Tikhoretsky District, Krasnodar Krai, and Oktyabrsky, Tver Region.

The Crimean Wind Monitoring Group, citing satellite imagery, reports that multiple fires have been recorded at ammunition depots near Tikhoretsk.
Plumes of hot air are visible in the atmosphere, which are carried hundreds of meters away.

It is also reported that at the attacked warehouse near Tikhoretsk in the Krasnodar Territory, ammunition was stored in the open air, as indicated by satellite images.
It is assumed that this is how the ammunition was prepared for shipment – trucks are also visible in the footage.
The village of Kamenny is located near the city of Tikhoretsk. It is about 300 km from the current front line.

Drone attack on the village of Oktyabrsky on September 21
The 23rd arsenal of the GRAU (Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Army) was attacked by drones in the village of Oktyabrsky in the Tver region. The warehouse is located just 16 km south of the already destroyed 107th arsenal in Toropets.
What kind of ammunition is stored there remains in question. This is one of the 6 GRAU arsenals that remained in the European part of Russia after Toropets.
As reported by Russian media reported, the federal highway M-9 Baltiya was blocked in the Tver region after the attack on the missile arsenal. The Staraya Toropa station (11 km from the village) was also evacuated.
As reported by the Governor of the Tver Region Igor Rudenya, UAVs were allegedly shot down in the southwest of the Tver Region by the forces of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
