At 21:24, the Ukrainian Air Force reported enemy tactical aviation activity in the north-eastern direction. The military later noted that the Russians launched guided bombs at Sumy region and a missile across the region in the south-western direction.
Konotop Mayor Artem Semenikhin warned about a high-speed missile and called on local residents to immediately take cover.
Later, the mayor reported that there was an incoming missile. All details regarding the explosion in Konotop are now being clarified.
