Acting Governor of Kursk Oblast Alexey Smirnov reported at 01:50 that a fire broke out at one of the facilities in Kursk District after an “attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.” The Russian official said that he was allegedly on site with representatives of the security forces, and was investigating the possible consequences and alleged reasons for the lack of an alarm signal in the city.
