How reported in the Office of the Prosecutor General, during February-May 2022, these persons posted ads on social networks about raising funds for the needs of the voluntary formation of a territorial society .

Exposadovitsa collected about 1 million hryvnia

In the posts, the woman indicated the details of her bank card, to which people transferred money.

During this period, about 1 million hryvnias were credited to her account. The money exposadovitsa disposed of at its own discretion, – reported in the Office of the Prosecutor General.

However, law enforcement officers became interested in the fake meeting. During the searches, rough notes were found and confiscated from the woman, indicating illegal activities. to organizing an illegal scheme for spending charitable aid.

Pseudo-volunteering in Ukraine

  • Also in June, the SBU exposed a scheme for the theft of humanitarian aid in the Lviv region. A rather influential man in the Lviv region, together with accomplices, sold goods that he imported to Ukraine under the guise of humanitarian aid for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
  • Pseudo-volunteers will be tried in the Ternopil region. They bought 2 cars for themselves with donated money worth 2 million hryvnias. The swindlers collected money, apparently, for the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the beginning of the war. The wife of one of the pseudo-volunteers is also involved in the crime.
