In his opinion, problems with the occupiers’ energy infrastructure can only end if Russia is demilitarized. A large number of military-industrial complex facilities, decision-making centers and design bureaus are concentrated in the Moscow region. And they all use the power grid for civil infrastructure. “Accordingly, this makes the power grid (of the Moscow region – 24 Channel) a legal military target. And it is quite easy to get to, because Russia did not think that we would destroy it,” Svitan noted.
