According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, there are now 3 such points. Despite this, he added that our state plans to win the war against Russia as soon as possible.
3 points on which Ukraine will not compromise with Russia
So, Dmitry Kuleba said that after the meeting in Istanbul, the Ukrainian side saw that Russia continues to put forward ultimatums and is not ready for a solution. Also, when Russia stepped up its offensive in the Donbass, Ukraine had the opportunity to see that the Russians do not plan to choose peace, war is more important for them.
Therefore, the head of the Foreign Ministry stressed that there are 3 issues that Ukraine will never agree to.
Even if half the world attacks us and forces us to make concessions, we will not do this, – explained the minister.
Among these points:
- the territorial integrity of Ukraine;
- Russian soldiers must completely leave the territory of Ukraine;
- the Ukrainian people, not Russia, will determine the foreign policy of Ukraine.
In addition, Kuleba said that their goal is “to end the war faster with a victory for Ukraine.”
Kuleba named 3 factors that will help Ukraine win
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba named 3 factors that can bring our victory in the war with Russia closer . Among them is Ukraine's obtaining the status of a candidate for EU membership. According to him, granting Ukraine the status of a candidate for EU membership in June 2022 will bring it closer to victory in the war with Russia.
According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, three factors can change the situation for the better:
- Economic : tough sanctions against Russia
- < strong>Military : Supplying heavy weapons to Ukraine
- Political : Granting Ukraine EU candidate status
