Great Britain transferred heavy Malloy drones to Ukraine.

What is known about Malloy unmanned cargo vehicles, as well as the features and technical characteristics of the Malloy T150 — read the ICTV Facts material.

Malloy: what is known about drones

Malloy drones are manufactured by Malloy Aeronautics, which has created a family of heavy-duty unmanned vehicles designed to solve so-called last mile logistics, that is, we are talking about the final stage of the supply chain .

Malloy drones have three models — T150, T400 and T80.

Malloy Aeronautics T150— quadcopter drones that can deliver cargo. They have been successfully tested in all weather conditions: rain, gusty winds, desert and snow.

The cargo drone can be controlled from a laptop using points on the map to determine the flight route.

The Malloy T150 unmanned cargo vehicles are capable of delivering heavy equipment to the front line.

The UK first announced the transfer of Malloy drones to the Ukrainian Armed Forces back in May 2022. Then we were talking only about the T150 model, which can deliver a load of up to 68 kg to the front line.

However, a video recently published by the British Ministry of Defense shows the operation of the T400 drone.

Model T400can not only deliver weapons to positions, but also evacuate wounded soldiers from a combat zone.

With the ability to lift 180 kg in all weather conditions, the Malloy T400 can deliver heavy and necessary items to any combat position.

The drone has removable batteries for charging, so you don't have to wait for hours for it to recharge. The T400 model also has a redundant avionics, drive and battery system, which allows fighters to focus on the mission and not on the vehicle.

The drone has a vertical take-off, a flight range of up to 70 km and can operate in autonomous mode for 35 minutes .

Another model of Malloy drones — T80. This drone can lift a payload of up to 30 kg, making it easy to test sensors and other specialized payloads without size or weight restrictions.

The T80's open architecture allows for easy communication with the vehicle and ground station.

T80 is considered an obsolete drone, but this model is used as the basis for the development of new drones.
