The head of the Estonian government, Kaja Kallas, said that she would not send her country’s ground forces to Ukraine.
Her words are reported by the ERR agency.
— There was no talk of sending ground troops. I can also assure you that our soldiers will not go there to fight. “I can assure you of this, as can other leaders of partner states,” Kallas emphasized.
She added that European leaders do not want to go to war against the Russian Federation, fearing the consequences, and Ukraine is asking its allies not for soldiers, but for weapons.
