The talks lasted about an hour.
Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a meeting with Russian dictator Putin, during which he discussed aggression against Ukraine.
The Directorate of Communications of the Presidential Administration of Turkey reported this, reports Ukrinform.
“During the meeting, bilateral relations between Turkey and Russia, the course of the Ukrainian-Russian war, the spread of Israeli attacks in the region, as well as regional and global problems were discussed,” the directorate reported.
Erdogan invited Russian dictator Putin to visit Turkey and promised to make efforts to resolve problems with bank payments between the countries.
“Last week, we handed over to your delegation a list of products that are not covered by sanctions and do not carry commercial risk. We hope that an agreement on the list will be reached,” Erdogan said.
Recall that it was previously reported that Turkey secretly stopped supplying American military goods to Russia.
In addition, we previously reported that Erdogan made a statement about the return of the occupied territories of Ukraine.
