In a number of regions of Ukraine, emergency power outages were introduced on July 16 due to the fact that equipment at one of the power facilities failed tonight.
Emergency light outages — where they operate
According to information from NEC Ukrenergo, emergency shutdowns will be used in the Kharkov, Sumy, Poltava, Zaporozhye, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk and Kirovograd regions due to the fact that the energy deficit in the system has increased.
During the entire day, July 16, four stages of shutdown schedules will be in effect.

Emergency power outages in Kyiv and Lvov — do
work?
At present, emergency power outages are not in effect in Kyiv and Lviv. These cities use forecast schedules.
