Emergency blackouts in Kyiv may continue throughout the winter – KSCA

The war with Russia is still ongoing, which means shelling of Ukraine's critical infrastructure will continue. Scheduled and sometimes emergency shutdowns continue to operate in all regions.

According to the deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Petr Panteleev, Ukrainians will live in such realities all winter.

The situation remains difficult

After so many attacks, we can’t talk about a return to the pre-war situation with electricity supply yet,” Panteleev said.
