Austrian law enforcement officers have arrested and seized cars used by members of a criminal organization controlled by the former chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
This was reported by the Specialized Anti-Corruption prosecutor's office.

At the request of the head of the joint investigation team from Ukraine, Austrian law enforcement officers arrested and confiscated premium cars that the group members used abroad.

Earlier, as part of the activities of this same joint investigation team, the French side seized the suspects' real estate worth a total of about €6.5 million.
Measures are currently being taken to identify other property, as well as to search for and extradite suspects.
What is known about the case of the former chairman of the State Property Fund
As investigators established, the criminal group during 2019-2021. took possession of funds of state-owned enterprises.
From September 2019 to November 2021, the State Property Fund of Ukraine was headed by Dmytro Sennichenko.
In October 2024, the SAP prosecutor decided to complete the pre-trial investigation into the case of a criminal organization headed by the former chairman of the State Property Fund, whose activities resulted in damage to the state in the amount of more than UAH 700 million. The participants are also suspected of laundering criminally obtained property in the amount of more than UAH 10 billion.
