The measures taken by the United States together with Israel against Iran's nuclear facilities have become a clear warning to the Iranian regime that it is unacceptable to continue policies that destabilize security in the Middle East region.
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry announced this.
Iran's nuclear program must end
“Ukraine is convinced that the Iranian nuclear program must be stopped so that it never again poses a threat to the Middle East or any other states. Peaceful efforts to prevent nuclear proliferation in Iran have been ongoing for years, but have not been effective,” the ministry said in a statement.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recalled that Ukraine, “which has made the greatest contribution to nuclear disarmament in the history of mankind,” understands the level of threat from weapons of mass destruction.

“Ukraine has the moral right to state that the elimination of the Iranian nuclear program will make the Middle East region and the entire world safer,” the statement says.
The Foreign Ministry stressed that the current escalation was a consequence of Iran’s long-term aggressive policy aimed at undermining global stability, including hostility towards Israel and other countries.
Iran Provides Military Support to Russia
— Iran is an accomplice in the crime of aggression against Ukraine. The Iranian regime provides military assistance to Russia, in particular, it supplies UAVs and technologies that Russia systematically uses to kill people and destroy critical infrastructure. We have repeatedly drawn the attention of the international community to the fact that such actions by Iran are a gross violation of UN Security Council Resolution 2231 (2015), in particular paragraph 4 of Annex B of this document, and therefore require the necessary response, — the department emphasized.
The Foreign Ministry added that Iran, with the help of its proxies, continues to destabilize the security situation in the Middle East, creating significant threats to peace and security in the region.
The diplomatic department emphasized that the Iranian people have the right to a free, dignified and peaceful life in harmony with Israel and other nations.
— We are confident that it is the decisive policy of “peace through strength,” which is already depriving the Iranian regime of the means of terror and destabilization of the region, that is capable of strengthening international peace and security not only in the Middle East, but also in Europe. Ending Russian aggression against Ukraine also requires determination, leadership, and increased pressure on those who do not demonstrate constructive action for the sake of achieving peace, — the department emphasized.
Ukrainian diplomats have called for a de-escalation in the Middle East, stressing the need to resume diplomatic efforts and find peaceful solutions.
Recall that on the night of June 22, the United States struck three important nuclear facilities in Iran. The Natanz nuclear center, located 250 kilometers south of Tehran, the hidden underground Fordow facility near the city of Qom, and the nuclear research center in Isfahan, which has been operating since 1984 with the assistance of China, were attacked.
