the lady says that, of course, talking to children about the war is unpleasant and difficult, but at the same time, they need to explain the events taking place around.

It is terrible to talk to children not about travel, tiktok or homework, but about bombs, missiles and freedom. It is terrible that children today are forced to wake up to the howl of sirens and hide in bunkers. However, it is necessary to explain what is happening to the children,” she stressed.

According to Zelenskaya, the eldest daughter herself is looking for information and then discusses it with her parents. And the younger one is aware of today's events in Ukraine – he draws a war, not Batman or Spider-Man.

She added that one day she fell asleep so soundly from fatigue that she did not hear the air raid alert. Then the son woke up with the words: “Mom, we need to go to the basement again. Get up. You'll sleep later.”
