Putin understands that he needs to end the war, but there are no victories/Channel 24 collage
Russia hasn't changed its tactics of armed aggression much, because they are still destroying infrastructure. From the early days of a full-scale invasion, Russian missiles hit residential areas and critical infrastructure, not military installations.

According to the people's deputy, the invaders also need maximum control in the southern direction – to finally reach the administrative borders of the Kherson region, which they cannot do in any way, because they meet powerful resistance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Odessa and Nikolaev regions remain under the gun of the enemy, but they are inaccessible. And yet, in my opinion, yesterday's massive shelling carries psychological pressure, because Putin, through the mouths of his propagandists, says that Ukraine refuses to negotiate, the people's deputy says.
“He understands that the goals that he set for himself in Ukraine cannot be achieved, so he is trying to put pressure on Ukrainians by bombing peaceful cities,” emphasizes Fedor Venislavsky.
Provocations by the Russian army
From the first days of the war, Russia has been accusing the Armed Forces of Ukraine of allegedly shelling civilians by Ukraine – this is a concept chosen by the Russian authorities, they say that we are Nazis,” says Venislavskoy.
The people's deputy reports that there is indeed information that the occupiers are preparing Ukrainian uniforms for various provocations. There have already been such attempts, but our intelligence officers had the information, so this did not help the enemy.
Therefore, the attempts of the invaders in the temporarily occupied territories to obtain a uniform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is an attempt to continue the escalation so that Putin gets a more comfortable position in the negotiations. Or that he has the “right” to continue aggressive actions on our territory, the people's choice sums up.
