During the consideration of the bill on mobilization No. 10449 at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, people's deputies did not support the decision to provide the TCC with the opportunity limit the rights of Ukrainians, as well as a number of other points.
People's Deputy Roman Kostenko said this on on the air of the One News telethon.
— Today, when we were working, the block question was raised about whether the TCC can limit rights. And the Committee did not make this decision and this block, — he said.

Also, when considering the bill on mobilization, the Committee did not make a decision to limit the rights of our citizens by consulates.

— No consular decision was made as to whether the consulates could somehow restrict our citizens. Electronic office — there the Ministry of Defense proposed that this should be mandatory, the Committee proposed that it should be a human right to register this office or not. Not an obligation, but simply a right, — Kostenko noted.
The Committee also considered the issue of electronic subpoenas — People's deputies supported the decision to make them optional.
