“In every house where there is shelter and where there is a technical possibility, it is necessary to equip heating points, as many Lviv residents have already done,” – the mayor stressed.
Sadoviy noted that October 10 showed that many Lviv residents were more or less ready – they had power banks at home, small diesel generators in condominiums, etc. At the same time, others were relaxed and unprepared.
